Individual Packages and Programs

Cancellations

Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. I accept either written notice via email or verbal notice via phone message for cancellations.

Late cancellation fees

If you cancel your scheduled appointment with less than 24-hours notice, I will charge a late cancellation fee equal to 1/3 of the cost of your session.

No Show to Appointments

If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment and provide no advance notice, you will be charged the full amount for that session.

Life happens, and I’m happy to work with you if a sudden event prevents you from attending a previously-scheduled appointment.

Group programs and courses have separate policies. Please refer to your specific program or course for details.
